Larry was our Agent when we first moved to Waxhaw 6 years ago and he found this great house for us. I never knew that an Agent would take care of so many of the details involved in buying a house. The home we sold was in North Carolina some seven hours drive away. This home was a rental property of ours that became too much, because of the distance between our home and North Carolina. We got a call from Mr. Larry Bunch . We conversed over the phone and related our concerns. Larry made us feel that we had known him for a long time, basically a person that you could totally trust and he understood our concerns. He went to our house and evaluated what needed to be done to bring the house up to par. We did everything he directed us to do. The house went on the market, within 4 days, we got a contract on the house. We were by no means pressed to accept any contract. We ended up getting $3,500.00 more than what we were wanting. Larry Bunch did most of everything over the phone or Internet. At our convenience we came down to sign the paper work, which was set up prior to the closing date. He also set up the direct deposit. My wife and I are completely satisfied. Larry made everything happen in our favor and made it for the most part stress free.

About seven years ago while out joy riding in an old English sports car, I stopped on an impulse to look at a model home in a new development. Larry was on duty that day. We hit it off on a very friendly note. Together we inspected both the new home and the old car.
For several years my wife and I had looked for a new place on our own with no Realtor. Land in the country where we could build or, perhaps an established home that suited us. These were the things we considered in our search. At the time we occupied a ten year old home. We had selected both the lot, the house plan and it was all paid for. These factors worked for us in being able to move quickly once we located what we wanted. But because our existing home was so desirable we tended to be very critical in the selection of which existing home would be acceptable to us.
As Larry and I talked at that first meeting I laid our house search plan before him. He said he would like to help us. He did. For almost three years my wife and I would go for long drives in the country, top down, pencil and pad on the dash. I couldn’t say just how often we contacted Larry, seeking details on some obscure piece of property many times “for sale by owner.” He always got the info we needed and would on occasion e-mail lists of properties for us to investigate. Three years is a long time. Long enough to exhaust the patience of most Realtors. My wife and I move slowly on important issues. Larry never tried to rush us into making a move. We became friends and he even got to drive the little sports car.
As the Lord would have it, while joy riding (top down) one afternoon my wife spotted a secluded little neighborhood that I had just sped by. She wanted to go back so we did. Calling Larry later that evening we requested info on a house we noted that was for sale. Larry called back giving the info we wanted and also told us of another home listed in that development that we had missed altogether on our drive thru. He is careful like that, to apprise you of all options that are available. The very one he called to our attention was the home we selected and eventually purchased. He also sold the home we occupied at that time.....
