Been away for awhile!

Ok - It's time to get back at this stuff. I told myself I was going to start blogging more and have not posted in quite sometime. But, you know how it goes. So we talk about business. The Charlotte market is still slow. Lots of homes for sale and not a lot of buyers. Looking on one of the websites today, the western states (some) were down by about 30%. At least we are not that far down. Yet! With Wachovia being taken over by Wells Fargo and BofA having their problems makes it tuff on a city that was and is so far into financial services. It will be interesting to see what comes out of it. Really is hard when people lose their jobs, but hopefully the employees and employers will come out stronger on the other side.
