Union County, NC home sales fo the month of February, 2010 were down 7.8% when compared to the same month last year. Year-to-date homes sales are off by -8.5% according to data just released by Carolina Multiple Listing Service in Charlotte, NC. Home sales did show an increase over the month of January. The home buyer tax credit is scheduled to expire on April, 30. Homebuyers who have a home under contract by that date will have until June 30, 2010 to close.
